What response would you give to this JW illustration ?

my jw in laws send us these types of emails every once in a while .

never is there any real personal correspondence from them and it irritates me.

i have sent emails back before critiquing the logic of some of their emails.. i will be sending a response to this latest one ,and i would appreciate some ideas .. i know many of you on this forum are so excellant with your words i would enjoy your input .. the first thing that came to my mind after i read the illustration was "i am so glad i am no longer on the endless tread mill of witness logic that has you running forever from scary imaginary spirit beings ".

They will point to things like the legalising of homosexuality in the western world, lesser emphasis on marriage, looming climate change & the problems of over population, etc... as proof that life is worse now than 100 years ago.

mission statement is a brief written statement of the purpose of a company or organization.

ideally, a mission statement guides the actions of the organization, spells out its overall goal, provides a sense of direction, and guides decision making for all levels of management.. the mission statement of an organization is a short but complete description of the overall purpose and intentions of that organization.

it states what is to be achieved, but not how this should be done.. i will call it.... the three v's.... visions, values & views... what is your personal mission statement ?.

the crescent hotel in eureka springs is only an hour and a half from here.

The paranormal exists, i.e. Natural phenomena which science cannot YET explain. Sure.

The supernatural however? No. There is no such thing. All phenomena is natural, it's just that some of it is a bit beyond the explanatory power of contempory science. Just like most contemporary science is beyond the explanatory power of the science around in the times of Isaac Newton. In the future though, science will figure it out. Just give it another 100-200 years & we'll get there.

There may be 'spirits' as we would call them. But they are not ghosts or demons, they are just other natural lifeforms, that's all.

On the other hand, it may all just be delusions.
